“我曾试图祷告，但神没有给我回复。”
以赛亚59：1-2 耶和华的膀臂并非缩短，不能拯救，耳朵并非发沉，不能听见，但你们的罪孽使你们与神隔绝；你们的罪恶使他掩面不听你们。
“I tried calling on God, but He didn’t answer.” Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; neither is His ear so dull that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, so that He does not hear.

罗马书 3:10-12 就如经上所记：没有义人，连一个也没有。没有明白的；没有寻求神的；都是偏离正路，一同变为无用。没有行善的，连一个也没有。
“I’ve always tried to live a good life.” Romans 3:10-12 There is none righteous, not even one; there is none who understands; there is none who seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become useless; there is none who does good; there is not even one.
“宗教都是劝人为善的，只要你真诚相信就可以。”

“It doesn’t matter which religion you follow, as long as you are sincere.”

“Everybody will be saved in the end.” Matthew 7:13-14 Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. For the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it.

路加福音 12:20 神却对他说：『无知的人哪，今夜必要你的灵魂；你所预备的要归谁呢？』
“I have plenty of time to get right with God.” Luke 12:20 But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your soul is required of you.’
“基督如何为我的罪而死，我实在想不通。”
哥林多前书 1:18 因为十字架的道理，在那灭亡的人为愚拙；在我们得救的人，却为神的大能。
“The idea of Christ dying for my sins makes no sense to me.” 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
“我罪大恶极，神不可能饶恕我了。”
马可福音3:28 我实在告诉你们，世人一切的罪和一切亵渎的话都可得赦免。
“God could never forgive me for what I’ve done.” Mark 3:28 Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter.

罗马书5:6-8 因我们还软弱的时候，基督就按所定的日期为罪人死。为义人死，是少有的；为仁人死、或者有敢做的。惟有基督在我们还作罪人的时候为我们死，神的爱就在此向我们显明了。
Romans 5:6-8 For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person
one would dare even to die — but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
